24 Hour Monitoring
Your Siren Optimized Digital Defense system is connected to a 24-hour monitoring station. The monitoring station has a highly-trained staff of console operators that are able to detect the source of an emergency or alarm and dispatch the appropriate personnel in seconds. Your optimized digital defense system uses state-of-the-art digital and cellular technology to ensure that your home is always protected. Our monitoring stations are UL Listed and Five-Diamond Certified. They are the most advanced facilities in the industry.
Voicelink & Cellular
Voicelink monitoring allows the monitoring station to call directly through the panel once the alarm system has gone into alert. This type of monitoring allows voice confirmation to take place between the customer and a real live person. It allows a more accurate response and reduces false alarms.
Cellular modules can be added to your system to back-up the phone lines in case cut by an intruder, and allows homes without a land line to have a monitored alarm system.
